'J' is for jellyfish

Last week, the letter we focused on was 'J', so on Friday we busily made our shimmering jellyfish, now gliding across our back wall in room 9.
Tomorrow we are off to MOTAT... so keep an eye out for trip photos.

A week in the life of Room 9!!!!

This may be a bit of an ambitious project, but we thought you would like to see all the different activities that go on in our class over the week.

Today (Monday) we had P.E with Room12 our buddy class.

Unfortunately, not all our class is visible...as we were busy doing our activities and rotating around a circuit which consisted of moonhoppers, hoops, large ball and small ball activities, skipping ropes and scooping the ball activities.

New students to room 9

We welcome our fabulous new students to room 9. We are becoming a fantastic happy team.

 

Friday afternoon in our class

As important as it is to cover the curriculum subjects, it is equally important to learn how to play and share together. Here are some photos of Friday afternoon in room 9. We are all sharing, caring and enjoying time together.

We are so lucky to have Mrs Fiona Waite working in room 9 as our learning assistant this year.
Mrs Waite will be working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with us.
What a great team we will be!!!

Another award!!!!!!!

We have won yet another award!! Well done room 9 for being the quietest eaters during lunchtime yesterday. (Probably because we all love our food!!!!) 
This week we welcome Alexandra, Sophie and Sam to our room.
